Remote Assistance
A technician can remotely assist using Citrix GoToAssist software. To initiate the connection, go to fastsupport.com and enter the support key provided by the CACHE technician.

* fees may apply if the technician’s visit is not related to a problem with the internet service. (e.g. hooking up additional PCs, upgrading to WiFi, relocating service within home, correcting an installation that has been tampered with, etc.)
