How can I change the password on my wireless network?

CACHE generally maintains management access to routers on the customer premise for support and troubleshooting purposes. In most cases, a CACHE technician can make the changes for you. If your router was not supplied or configured by CACHE, you will need to connect to the router management directly to make changes. CACHE can only provide limited support for 3rd party routers when remote management is not configured.

I would like to use my own router, what do I need to know to configure it?

Connections to the CACHE network use PPPoE authentication. The PPPoE login information is entered into a CACHE supplied router at the time of installation. If you would like to replace the CACHE supplied router with your own, simply contact our office for the PPPoE credentials for your account and enter them into the new router. Alternatively, the new router may be dropped off at our office to be configured by a CACHE technician.
