These rate schedules shall not apply to any load associated with a new facility, an existing facility or an expansion of an existing facility which will result in an increase in power requirements of 10 average megawatts or more in any consecutive 12 month period. Special rates shall apply.
Disconnection/Reconnection of Service
All reconnect fees shall be based on the minimum monthly charge retroactive from the actual date of disconnect.
A fee of $60 or the actual labor, material and overhead cost, whichever is greater, shall be made for all reconnection of electrical services.
